High-capacity machinery tailored for extreme operating environments and Eurasian compliance standards
BAOD EXTRUSION (Jiangsu Baodie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.) founded in 2002, dedicated to designing, manufacturing and sales of plastic extrusion equipment. Based on 18 years experience of designing and fabricating high quality machines in Taiwan, the original parent company (KINGSWEL GROUP) invested in establishing extrusion machines manufacturing base in Shanghai in 1999.
25 years experience of plastic extrusion designing and manufacturing. Long-term focus on research and development for:
Providing turn-key installations across Central Asia with localization, voltage adaptation, and local maintenance dispatch.

The Kyrgyz Republic is rapidly transitioning into a pivotal logistics and industrial node within Central Asia, bolstered by the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) customs framework and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). As infrastructure upgrades accelerate across Bishkek, Osh, and the Chuy region, the domestic demand for protective coating technologies has reached unprecedented highs. Particularly, the pipeline rehabilitation, telecommunication distribution networks, automotive component localization, and regional municipal utilities require robust polymer coatings over steel, copper, and flexible composite cores.
Historically, domestic manufacturers relied heavily on imported coated lines and finished pipes from neighbouring states. Today, the strategic shift is towards localized manufacturing. Setting up high-performance **Coating Extrusion Lines** in Kyrgyzstan allows factories to exploit low electricity tariffs (among the lowest in the CIS region), take advantage of favorable corporate tax regimes in Free Economic Zones (FEZs) such as FEZ Bishkek, and export finished products tariff-free throughout the EAEU block (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan).
Operating heavy polymer extrusion systems in Central Asia presents unique environmental and operational challenges that must be addressed at the machine engineering level:
For Kyrgyz manufacturing firms looking to purchase coating lines globally, international compliance is non-negotiable. Industrial machinery imported into Kyrgyzstan must meet the EAC (Eurasian Conformity) certificate criteria, which aligns with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 010/2011 on safety of machinery and equipment, and TR CU 020/2011 on electromagnetic compatibility). BAOD Extrusion guarantees that all customized coating units are equipped with premium EAEU-authorized control interfaces, metric instrumentation, and comprehensive Russian-language documentation to streamline customs clearance and municipal safety permits.
Pioneering precision engineering for small, medium, and heavy-duty industrial pipe and strip extrusion
To achieve perfect adhesion, precise concentricity, and uniform thickness control on substrates like steel wire, copper cable, and corrugated metal pipe, the extrusion line must execute an integrated series of synchronized thermo-mechanical stages. The systems developed by BAOD utilize advanced closed-loop automation to link the payoff system, pre-heaters, crosshead extrusion die, cooling troughs, pullers, and winders.
Before entering the co-extrusion die, the metal core (e.g., steel wire strand, corrugated metal tube) must be preheated. If cold metal contacts hot polymer melt, it triggers premature freezing of the polymer, resulting in micro-voids, poor adhesion, and delamination. Inductive pre-heaters dry the substrate and heat it to within 20°C of the melt temperature, facilitating chemical binding.
The crosshead is the heart of the coating system. BAOD utilizes proprietary high-precision flow channel geometry that ensures balanced melt distribution around the circumference of the substrate. Die sets are easily adjustable to maintain perfect concentricity, reducing polymer waste and ensuring uniform wall thickness (essential for electrical insulation and mechanical armor).
The choice of coating compound depends heavily on the end-use environment in Kyrgyzstan and the EAEU.
Our coating extrusion lines feature fully integrated SCADA and Siemens PLC systems. The software continuously monitors crucial parameters, such as extruder screw torque, melt pressure, melt temperature, line speed, and vacuum cooling tank pressure. A laser outer-diameter gauge placed post-cooling provides closed-loop feedback directly to the puller and extruder. If the outer diameter shifts by even ±0.02 mm, the line speed or screw speed automatically adjusts in real-time, preventing the production of off-spec coated materials.

An industrial extrusion line represents a long-term capital expenditure. Thus, reliable local support is critical to ensure high uptime. Jiangsu Baodie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. has established a streamlined support mechanism tailored specifically for buyers in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.
Through partnerships with regional technical service hubs, BAOD provides direct dispatch of experienced commissioning engineers who manage on-site assembly, wiring integration, system calibration, and local labor training. This reduces the learning curve for Kyrgyz factory workers and ensures that extrusion parameters are correctly tuned from day one. Additionally, our regional spare parts warehouse ensures rapid delivery of wear-and-tear components like heaters, thermocouples, puller belts, and die modules, avoiding expensive downtime.
As manufacturing transitions toward Industry 4.0, BAOD is integrating advanced cloud-based telemetry into all export-grade coating systems:
