Explore our industry-proven product offerings engineered for precision, automation, and clinical compliance.
BAOD EXTRUSION (Jiangsu Baodie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.) founded in 2002, dedicated to designing, manufacturing and sales of plastic extrusion equipment. Based on 18 years experience of designing and fabricating high quality machines in Taiwan, the original parent company (KINGSWEL GROUP) invested in establishing extrusion machines manufacturing base in Shanghai in 1999.
Today, we are a recognized leader in precision extrusion technology, maintaining an elite standard of performance for cleanroom medical environments, automotive tubing systems, and multi-layer structural hoses. Our persistent focus on automated process controls ensures our extrusion solutions align with international manufacturing regulations, providing unrivaled safety and long-term operating durability.
We build medical extrusion systems that cater to a critical market: where minor deviations mean human safety risks. That is why our machines integrate real-time outer-diameter measuring gauges, advanced vacuum calibrators, and smart cutters designed for dust-free separation.
Understanding the critical criteria that medical device manufacturers prioritize when acquiring industrial manufacturing machinery.
An Endotracheal Tube (ETT) is a vital device used in surgical anesthesia and intensive care settings to maintain airway patency and ensure oxygenation. Because it directly contacts a patient's tracheal tissue, the tolerances, wall smoothness, and concentricity of these tubes are paramount. Consequently, global medical buyers demand extrusion equipment that meets strict clinical requirements. Key procurement criteria include:
Continuous outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) precision within ±0.02mm. Deviations are rejected dynamically by closed-loop monitoring systems.
Seamless transitions between medical-grade PVC, Polyurethane (TPU), and various thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) without material degradation.
Capable of extruding multiple interior channels (lumens) simultaneously, including the primary air conduit, cuff inflation lumen, and suction ports.
Stainless steel contact parts and oil-free operation designed specifically for ISO Class 7 or Class 8 cleanrooms.
How BAOD leverages China's industrial ecosystem and strict compliance protocols to support global buyers.
By operating from Jiangsu's industrial hub, BAOD Extrusion draws components from an integrated, top-tier domestic supply chain. High-grade alloys, premium servo motors, and specialized tooling components are sourced efficiently, drastically reducing delivery lead times compared to Western manufacturers. Furthermore, this localized ecosystem allows us to incorporate advanced features—like ultra-precise vacuum sizing and laser OD monitoring—while maintaining a competitive capital expenditure model for our buyers.
Unlike traditional low-cost machinery, BAOD blends Taiwanese precision engineering heritage with modern mainland manufacturing agility. This results in high-efficiency, highly automated lines capable of running 24/7 with minimal operator intervention.
Exporting medical equipment globally requires strict validation. We support our customers through the entire medical validation journey. Our medical-grade extrusion lines are manufactured in compliance with:

Breaking down the machinery modules designed for high-concentricity medical tubes.
Medical-grade PVC and TPU are highly sensitive to shear stress and heat history. Our single-screw extruders (such as the SJ Series) utilize barrier screws with specialized mixing sections. This design provides uniform melt temperatures and prevents polymer degradation, eliminating black spots and micro-gels that could lead to tube failure.
Achieving flawless concentricity requires micro-adjustable die heads. Our proprietary crossheads allow operators to tune wall thickness distribution on the fly. For ETTs requiring radiopaque lines, we integrate a secondary co-extruder that places a continuous barium sulfate stripe along the wall with micron-level precision.
Once the melt leaves the die, it enters our precision vacuum calibration table. Working in tandem with dual-axis laser diameter gauges, our automated system adjusts the vacuum pressure and the puller speed in real-time. If the outer diameter fluctuates, the speed adjusts dynamically to maintain target dimensions.
At the end of the line, our rotary fly-knife cutters (such as the FQ Series) perform ultra-clean, dust-free cuts. Clean cuts prevent particle contamination inside the airway tubes, meeting strict bio-burden and cleanroom criteria.
Future-proofing medical manufacturing through digital and mechanical developments.
Modern production lines rely on real-time data exchange. Through SCADA and OPC UA interfaces, our lines stream extrusion torque, pressure, and sizing metrics directly to factory ERPs, generating digital batch records for compliance tracking.
Environmental and health concerns are pushing manufacturers away from traditional plasticized PVC toward TPU and medical-grade TPEs. BAOD lines utilize adaptively configured screws to process these challenging polymers without overheating.
Modern airways incorporate features like subglottic suction lumens. Delivering multi-lumen profiles down to 1mm OD requires high-concentricity tooling and precise micro-extrusion pumps, which BAOD actively manufactures.
